We rented a Suzuki Jimmy. Check in was a bit slow, but our vehicle was good. No problems at all. Check out was quicker. Note that if you google where the office is, you can easily walk there from the terminal. The shuttle is erratic and we waited quite a while to catch it. After we returned the Jimmy we walked to the shuttle, maybe took 10 minutes.

Rented a car for 6 days here. The pick up and drop off off went relatively smooth with no issues. The car I got had high mileage - 100,000km+ (to be expected since people rent and drive them all over the island). Car drove great but required brakes to be changed since the click noise started. During the pick up take extra care to find all the damages on the car since mine had several spots that were missed. Take photos! Very hard task to do at 5am so have a friend hold a phone flashlight. Take the extra sand and Ash protection since we had 3 of the 6 days of 100km/h winds. I wouldn't mind renting here again especially since they include a bunch of the insurance coverages in their price.

Good car rental -

Good response when booking and no hassles when picking up and returning the car. Only complaint was that the car had only 9/10 of a tank of fuel on pickup.

Great service. Good value -

We booked a VW Up! but we were given a Hyundai i10, which I was initially unhappy about. However, the little i10 was really good and did exactly what we wanted it to do.
Service from the team was good. We collected the car within 10 minutes of us arriving at the rental office. Drop off was a bit longer but it was very, very busy.
All in all, very happy customers! 😁
