Iceland Winter Road Trip Playlist

Taking out a rental car and driving around Iceland is one of the best ways to get around and see the country. Iceland is actually a lot larger than people think, and if you plan on leaving the capital of Reykjavik to see some of the amazing waterfalls and natural landscapes around Iceland, then a rental car gives you full flexibility and enables you to cram a lot of sights into a much shorter space of time. It means you don’t have to rely on guided tour routes or bus schedules. If you are traveling in the winter it can be difficult to get around too and if you are traveling in a group it can even work out cheaper to rent a 4x4.

Iceland Winter Road Trip Playlist

But no driving trip is complete without an Iceland winter road trip playlist! A winter trip to Iceland is perfect if you want to explore some of the amazing natural landscapes including ice caves and snowy terrain. You can only see the northern lights in Iceland during the winter period so this is also the best time to travel here for that reason alone! You can also still see some of the wildlife if you come early enough in the winter so what are you waiting for? Take a look at our winter playlist to get you in the mood.
